If you are having difficulty follow these steps

Step 1: Log into the site using your username an password.

If you do not have a login you will need to Create an account using the last link  in the Member Login box.

Step 2: Entry to the main site

Step 3: Click on the link to the Behaviour Kit

Step 4: The Behaviour Kit site

You are automatically logged into this site by our system

Step 5: A typical page has  a right hand menu system for the different sections , a central useful content area and the right hand column of downloadable file links

Step 6: When you click on a downloadable link a file dialogue box like this will appear (in windows OS) either save or open the file.
