Q: I do not seem to have received an invoice. What should I do?

A: If you have not received an invoice or you have lost track of the previous invoice please send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it stating your name, region and cluster so we can forward you a new invoice.

Q: I am unsure of whether my membership is valid an up to date- what can I do to find out?

A: Check with your regional co-ordinator or the Treasurer, who will be able to log on to our system and check your status. 


Q: I am a newly appointed RTLB and do not yet belong to the  Association. How do I become a member?

A: New members - Please go to the online application form  link on this website and fill out the membership form online OR download and  print off an application form and send it to :

Q: I have moved to a new position in a different cluster, what's the best thing to do so my membership is updated?

Q: My cluster school is not listed on the on line application form. What shall I do?

A: Print out a copy of the form and send it to:

Q: What happens to my membership if I move to a new RTLB job in another cluster?

A: If your membership fee has been paid by your cluster, the membership remains with the cluster. If you have paid the fee personally you may transfer the membership with you to the new cluster.
