Tena tatou i nga RTLB o te motu,

The New Zealand Resource Teachers: Learning and Behaviour Association invites you all to attend our 15th national annual conference.

“Angitu Tangata Rau Success for All” encompasses this year’s theme of celebrating what RTLB do well and how we can build capacity and capability within our service. We celebrate the uniqueness of this year’s event as Hui a-Tau precedes the annual conference making it the most culturally responsive and integrated RTLB event held to date. This truly reflects the diversity of our service.

We have invited Marcus Akuhata Brown, Mandia Mentis, Takawai Murphy from Te Pumaomao and Billy Graham as some of our speakers to assist and inspire us in our journey.

Come and join us this year by the beautiful Te Awa Kairangi river!

Hui a-Tau: Wednesday 24th September 2014
Annual Conference:

About the NZRTLB Association

Welcome to the website of the New Zealand Resource Teachers Learning & Behaviour Association. The NZRTLB Association is the professional organisation that supports Resource Teachers Learning and Behaviour (RTLB) in their work, and represents their interests in the wider educational sector. The association has a national executive and a regional network throughout New Zealand, providing members with opportunities for networking, up to date information and resources, ongoing professional learning and support, and advocacy on matters of concern to RTLB and the students and teachers with whom they work.

The NZRTLB Association has been established with a constitution that reflects the bi-cultural nature of Aotearoa / New Zealand, with Nga Pouwhiringakitanga, the Maori Caucus, a strong component of our organisation.
